Anointed Fighter Fitness is not about a set of exercises, meal plans or supplemental programs. There is no “quick fix”. It is about a journey and sometimes “fight” to better health both physically and spiritually.
This journey is not an easy one and is full of challenges and trials. These difficulties can cause us to want to give up and quit, and maybe you have already tried to improve your fitness and have failed. What could be the missing element from your fitness plan? FAITH
As Anointed Fighters we are called to be set apart as the family of Christ and that our bodies are the “temple of God” and “created in His image”. We are called to stand steadfast and know that we are not alone. We must keep our eyes on Him and have faith that He is with us every step of the way, helping us, holding us and will see us through whatever life throws at us. The battle is not ours alone. We will find victory in Him!
